While our team takes great care when servicing your home, we cannot be held responsible for damage to items that are improperly installed, loosely attached, structurally compromised, or worn due to age, sun exposure, or neglect. This includes, but is not limited to: blinds, shutters, curtain rods, light fixtures, furniture, handles, paint, grout, and cabinetry. Homes that have not been professionally cleaned for an extended period of time or contain excessive buildup of dust, grease, soap scum, or grime may be considered heavily soiled and may require additional labor time. In these cases, additional cleaning fees may apply. Standard deep cleaning services do not include wall washing, interior window cleaning, or grout scrubbing unless these services are specifically requested and quoted as add-on services prior to the appointment. Promotional offers, including 40% off the initial deep clean, are available to first-time customers only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
