Welcome to Bee Fresh Cleaners. By booking a service or purchasing a gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bee Fresh Cleaners provides professional residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services throughout the East Bay Area and San Francisco Bay Area.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Service duration and pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and accessibility of the property.

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Checks are not accepted.

Invoices are sent by email and text message upon service completion unless payment is collected beforehand.

Services may be scheduled via phone, email, text, or through our online booking system.

Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) are subject to availability and may require an initial deep cleaning service prior to starting maintenance service.

We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a service fee.

Missed appointments, lockouts, or inability to access the property during the scheduled appointment window will be billed at the full service rate.

Clients must ensure our team has safe and reliable access to the property during the scheduled service time.

If our team is unable to enter the property or safely perform the service due to lack of access, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Service pricing is based on the condition of the home as described during the booking or estimate process.

If the property condition differs significantly from what was originally described, Bee Fresh Cleaners reserves the right to adjust pricing or service scope.

Additional fees may apply for conditions including but not limited to:

• Excessive buildup of grease, grime, or soap scum
• Large amounts of pet hair or dander
• Heavy dust accumulation or construction dust
• Excessive clutter preventing access to surfaces
• Homes that have not been professionally cleaned for extended periods of time

Heavy soil conditions will require additional labor charges or additional service time.

Clients will be notified whenever possible before additional charges are applied.

Homes with hoarding-level soil, excessive debris, pest infestations, biohazards, or conditions that significantly limit access to surfaces are not considered standard cleaning services.

In these situations Bee Fresh Cleaners reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing (minimum service begins at $1,200)
• Limit the scope of work
• Recommend specialized cleaning services

Additional labor fees may apply depending on the severity of the condition.

Bee Fresh Cleaners is fully licensed and insured.

We take great care while cleaning your home; however, we are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• pre-existing conditions
• improper installation
• normal wear and tear
• structural defects
• aging materials or sun-damaged surfaces

Bee Fresh Cleaners gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and delivered electronically via email. Gift cards can be used toward any of our cleaning services within the East Bay Area and San Francisco service zones.

They are transferable and do not expire. Service pricing is subject to change, and the card value will be applied toward current rates at the time of redemption. Bee Fresh Cleaners is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of digital gift cards.

We respect your privacy. Personal and payment information shared with Bee Fresh Cleaners is used solely to schedule and complete services and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payments or communications.

Bee Fresh Cleaners reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication.
